Procurement Hubs
Sector has been appointed by the Healthcare Purchasing Consortium (HPC) and London Procurement Programme (LPP) to provide expert asset finance advice to member Trusts on both existing and future leasing requirements.
The consultancy service is available to all of the c. 120 Trusts in London, West Midlands South Strategic Health Authority, Birmingham, Shropshire and Staffordshire.
The global terms agreed as part of these appointments will generate significant quantifiable savings for Trusts that utilise the consultancy. Services include; advice and guidance on existing lease portfolios, capital planning and options appraisal, new asset financing and training workshops.
